Ciera is a Kitsap County stylist and licensed instructor who has been in the industry for 15 years. She spent 8 years at the GaryManuel Aveda Institute, teaching and bringing up the next generation of stylists in our area. During that time she became certified in Aveda haircuts, traveled the country / did platform work as a member of GaryManuels Texture Team, became certified as an Aveda Texture Specialist, and worked her way up to becoming the Director of Education for the Cosmetology Department. Ciera has many different passions when it comes to her craft-textured hair, natural hair care, blonding, color corrections, precision cutting, extensions, and barbering. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment up to 48hrs in advanced to avoid any late fees. Cancelations within 48hours will be charged 50% of the service total and 100% within 24 hours. Texting 206.487.4480 is the best way to cancel your appointment. Appointments are not considered cancelled unless a cancellation email has been sent.
Late Policy: A 15 minute late grace period is offered with every appointment. Arriving more than 15min late is considered to be a no-show, the appointment will be cancelled, and 100% of the service will be charged. PLEASE Call or text if you know you will be late to your appointment. I will always try to make an accommodation if possible!
Sick Policy: If you wake up feeling sick to your appointment please reschedule. Proof of positive Covid test or Dr. note will drop amount owed for the service to 50%. Please cancel 48hrs in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
